If you enjoy preparing food, going into a store or department that specializes in cooking is like a trip to the toy store.  I sometimes find myself looking at all the kitchen gadgets and new equipment, sometimes scratching my head thinking, “Really, we need a tool to do this now?”  As time, and money, permit I will evaluate kitchen equipment or tools and share my, humble but sometimes harsh, opinion of the product.  I am not paid by any company to promote any of their products.  It is simple curiosity driving my review.
